The above abbreviation appears in an Italian Marriage Certificate:

"XXX ha contratto matrimonio con YYY addi (date) nel Commune di ZZZ. L'atto fu trascritto nei registri di matrimonio del commune di ZZZ -- Anno 2010, p.II s.A N. 22".

Thus, EVERYTHING is clear up to "p. II s.A N.", which just baffles me.

PLEASE HELP!!!
