5.10 With full title guarantee you hereby irrevocably assign to us, our successors, licensees, sub-licensees and assigns the entire copyright in the product of the Services and the underlying material ***throughout the Universe*** for the full period of copyright including any extensions and renewals thereto and thereafter (insofar as is possible) in perpetuity (which assignment shall where applicable be an assignment of future copyright) and we shall have the unfettered right to deal with the product of the Services or any part thereof as we see fit without further reference or payment to you where the product of the services is rendered for viewing in an online / IP-distributed medium.
