Spanish term

No figurando inscrita la Disolución ni la Liquidación de la Sociedad

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Commercial Registry Certificate
Context:
The sentence appears in a certificate from the Commercial Registry of Madrid.
Full sentence: Y que en la propia no figuran inscripciones posteriores que modifiquen los particulares solicitados, no figurando inscrita la Disolución ni la Liquidación de la Sociedad que se certifica, continuando Vigente según el Registro.

My attempt: "According to the records of this Registry, there is no subsequent registrations in the abovementioned sheet which amend the requested matters, and there is no registrations regarding the Dissolution or Liquidation of the Company which is being hereby certified, and therefore is still IN FORCE."

Thanks for your help.

Hi Tom. Yes, it's a SA. I guess it refers to a corporation.
Thank you.
Adrian MM. (X) May 21, 2014:
Sociedad civil profesional or limitada/SA etc. Ordinary professional etc. partnership or limited company? A partnership in the UK, unless an LLP > Limited Liability Partnership that is a hybrid corporation, is dissolved and a company is wound up, then liquidated and dissolved on going defunct. The latter may be the other way round in Spain, but still looks mighty odd in EN.
Jose Morago (asker) May 21, 2014:
You're right, Phil, I have just checked it and have identified various mistakes: "no subsequent registrations" or "no registrations" or "in the abovementioned sheet which". I'll try to translate it again. It was a quick attempt. Thank you.

Your translation is full of basic grammatical mistakes. I recommend getting it checked by an English speaker.

there is no record of the company having been dissolved or liquidated

I feel it's more elegant to use verbs than nouns here.

There being no registered entry, either of the Company's (UK) initial Winding-Up. or Liquidation

Alas, the dissolution answer accepted in the weblink makes no chronological sense for the Brit. Isles. Dissolution is the first step, in Spain, as in Real Decreto Legislativo 1654/1989, Ley de SA, arts 260 et seq. after the shareholders pass a 'dissolution' = winding-up resolution.

In the UK, dissolution of co. vs. a partnership occurs post-liquidation when it is then struck off the register as being 'defunct'.
