German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Agreements/contracts
Companies getting together to provide services: When I google Service(s) Pool Agreement all websites are concerned with swimming pools or mortgage arrangements (PSA). Is there a better translation or am I having a mental block?

Sorry - As I was getting tired of spending far too much time on the simple title and thinking that neither of the concepts of service and pooling should be omitted, I decided to change the order to make it clearer: Agreement on the Pooling of Services. I am not sure that words should be added, even though there is already a good bit of English terminology involved, e.g. "business units" and the fact that products as well as services seem to be offered.

Thank you for trying to help. I examined some websites similar to the ones you suggest and they all deal with mortgages and foreclosures while the Vertrag I am looking at deals with a number of companies getting together to pool their service offers.
