On discussion with Iwona via the interpreter and her Rakehead advocate we feel that we may be able to offer her a cranioplasty procedure to:

1 offer her neutral projections so that she no longer needs to wear a helmet

2 to help the cosmetic appearance of the skull contour

3 there may be an improvement in the cognitive function post cranioplasty insertion
