Spanish term

copias anexas de las estaciones de medios

Spanish to English Law/Patents Media / Multimedia
Los gastos que serán facturados a precio de costo y que no darán origen a ninguna comisión de ningún tipo, son los siguientes:

...
Penalidades cargadas a la AGENCIA, como por ejemplo, cobros por entrega tardía aplicada a entregas atrasadas de copias anexas a las estaciones de medios,

An example of one of my attempts, which omits "copias anexas":
Penalties charged to the AGENCY, for example, charges for late delivery applied to delayed deliveries of media stations,

I am not sure of what kind of "media stations" these are. Perhaps they would comprise a stack of them on which a sound or film engineer would work.

Thank you!
Proposed translations (English)

You're right. I had misread! The phrase comes from a list of types of expenses for "peliculas publicitarias" that the agency will pay
Most are related to the film production process.

One entry from RAE for "copia" may help:
1. f. Cinem. Prueba positiva de una película en celuloide de grano fino, para obtener de ella pruebas negativas, con las cuales se obtienen las copias para la exhibición.

I think you've misread the Spanish. It doesn't say "de las estaciones", it says "a las estaciones", meaning "to media outlets". But I don't know what "copias anexas" are, so I can't suggest a translation. Do you have any more context?

copies to media outlets

"entrega tardía ...de copias anexas a las estaciones de medios" -> "late delivery of copies to media outlets"
Am not keen on "stations" here myself.

I don't think the "anexas" is really necessary, either in ES or EN.
