Maybe what you ought to do is boycott that no-good barber just messed up your head
I've transcribed it in standard spelling. "Who" is omitted before "just messed up"; this is normal in Afro-American speech.
The first guy says they should boycott the pizzeria, and the second guy ridicules him by making fun of his hair.
