Roland is right. But what is strange is the use of "disaustratura" with regards to the descending duodenum, since haustra are typical sacculations of large bowel, whereas small bowel is characterised by the so-called "circular folds". Maybe you could say "mild flattening of circular folds..."

Typo??? I think there is more than a typo in your sentence. The correct expression should be "… disaustratura della mucosa…"
