the "strong leader" phenomenon has developed in politics over recent decades

I think you need to rephrase.

"Leaderisation" would mean nothing in English.
Peer comment(s):

agree Giusy Comi : Si, in effetti è un neologismo nato da anglicismo...duro da re-impastare. Il significato potrebbe essere: "il posto da leader che occupa la politica..." o simili.

"nato da anglicismo"..che non esiste in inglese! Grazie Giusy

the focus on leadership [posts] in politics has developed over recent decades

I agree with Tom that you need to rephrase. However the suggested "strong leader" can have negative connotations in political science; it is often used in the discourse on Third World dictators.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Tom in London : I was assuming that the "dictator" nuance (indirect allusion to the "strong man", particularly pungent in Italy) was intentional. Hence my suggestion.

ha, you might be right Tom, much to the dispair of Italians : )

personalisation of political leadership

I'm pretty sure this is the right term in political science.

The personalisation of political leadership is a phenomenon that has developed over recent decades.

personality-centric political culture/personality-oriented politics/leader-centric polit. practices

If understood as “il ritorno della centralità del corpo del leader nella politica” or “la personalizzazione e spettacolarizzazione della politica” (http://tesi.eprints.luiss.it/10177/2/paradisi-sintesi-2013.p... then I’d consider going with something like this:

- personality-centric political culture
- personality-oriented politics
- the leader-centric trend(s) / practice(s) / pattern(s) in politics

or maybe: "(the) persona-centric trends in political leadership patterns?"
Example sentence:

"… the personality-centric aspect of Turkish political culture…"

“… personality-oriented politics…“
