Discussion
Normal breath sounds are classified as tracheal, bronchial, bronchovesicular, and vesicular sounds. In a normal air-filled lung, vesicular sounds are heard over most of the lung fields. It used to be called normal vesicular murmur in old medical books (Compendium of percussion & auscultation)
And from Medilexicon: "Vesicular Breath Sounds: 1. the gentle rustling sounds of normal breathing heard by auscultation over most of the lung fields; the inspiratory phase is usually longer than the expiratory."
A local doctor suggested, some time ago, that I translate "MV conservado" as "normal vesicular breath sounds".
