kaha, czy to cały kontekst, jakim dysponujesz? Nie chciałbym się pochopnie wypowiadać nt propozycji Dawida - ale zdaje mi się, że tu raczej chodzi o nakaz oddania dziecka porwanego/uprowadzonego poza granicami jurysdykcji, gdzie obowiązywał wyrok, przyznający prawo do opieki nad nim.
