As you can see, Saleh, it is not fair to post a question invloving a term like \"channel\" without sufficient context, knowing how broadly the term is used. I just fired the first thing that came to my mind.
I am not sure what \"channels of business communications\" means. What does this person manage? Does he manage a department? If so, what is the name of the department? If not, what does he do? Does he manage one channel of communication or all channels of communication? I don\'t think much help can be expected without these details.

channel here means one product line and not tv channel
