Hello
My references are French documents as I believe there may be a need to firstly agree what this actually means (I find no reference to "itemised billing" if that means to bill each item on a line)
The English term I propose can be checked on line

: itemised billing" means to bill each item on a line"- No, it doesn't mean that as such;it means separation of items billed.

Expenditure in itemised billing format
Think this is what they're getting at; no lumping items of expenditure together and muddying of the waters;
Discussion
Incidentally, would you spell "itemised" with an "s" or a "z"?
