A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

What they mean is that the stated address will be used both for the purposes of sending court notices (service of process) and for "normal" i.e. non-court correspondence.
"Legal and non-legal" sounds a bit messy in English because people would struggle to understand what "non-legal" means and "notification" is not quite as strong as the Spanish "notificación".
Equally "legal notice" or "legal notification" could be confused as either saying that the notification is legal as opposed to illegal, or it could be confused with a disclaimer.

surely bailiffs would be included in the "judicial" as opposed to the "extrajudicial"? The question was about "extrajudicial" although the "service of process" included in my answer would cover the bailiffs.

Definitions are always useful
That which is done, given, or effected outside the course of regular judicial proceedings. Not founded upon, or unconnected with, the action of a court of law, as in extrajudicial evidence or an extrajudicial oath.
That which, though done in the course of regular judicial proceedings, is unnecessary to such proceedings, or interpolated, or beyond their scope, as in an extrajudicial opinion.
An extrajudicial statement is an out-of-court utterance, either written or oral. When offered into court as evidence, it is subject to the Hearsay rule and its exceptions.
Extrajudicial process is, in many countries, the serving of legal or administrative documents by a bailiff.
