neutral Abdallah Ali : I thought about this one but it is normally translated into something like ترسية/إرساء العقد. It might be the correct answer. The Arabic doesn't sound great!

You are right. I also was thinking like you, but it is the closest in the list I guess. Depending on the context it can be also تسليم العقد بعد الترسية it all depends on the context. Thank you so much for your valuable notes :)
