@ Lucia I know. That's why I wrote that it's not nexus.
jacana54 (X) Oct 9, 2013:
This is not about ofenses, Tom, this is a civil case; "la parte demandante"...
Adrian MM. (X) Oct 9, 2013:
@Lucia Then I suggest. linda, you enter an agree with my answer or post 'sequence in time'. Factual etc. nexus refers to the connection between offens/ces.
jacana54 (X) Oct 9, 2013:
[sorry, typos, I shouldn't try to type before drinking coffee!]

time line; time scale

Speculatively used in the non-legalistic sense, but as a journey or itinerary into time.

iter criminis

One source on linguee gives "iter criminis i.e. the planning of a crime" which is a nice gloss as this Latin is not very commonly used in English.

This source establishes iter temporal as a synonym of iter criminis:

passage of time (?)

It appears that "iter" is a Latin term, meaning "passage, course".
"Temporal", whether from Spanish itself or as part of a Latin expression, refers to "time".
This is mostly guesswork, but hopefully it will shed some light. Good luck!
