English term (edited): do you shadow bill?

The concept of shadow billing in health care is described here:

Since there is no direct translation, I'd go for a descriptive one. "Health Maintenance Organization" is sometimes translated as Organización de Mantenimiento de Salud, but it may be useful to leave the original English acronym. It's your call.

Well, let's chuck in a few more references of what shadow billing really is...

"For the majority of their reimbursement, providers normally bill their HMO claims through their Medicare Advantage plan. However, in order to reimburse these additional items for the Medicare HMO claims, MACs need to have the providers also bill the claim through the FISS system, as they do their other claims for Medicare Part A. This duplicate billing is known as "shadow billing."
