Although I am guessing that 'toujours' here means 'still' (ie in the same vein as what has come before the segment given), I would suggest rephrasing this. My suggestion:

Clearly they are talking about a willingness to pass on knowledge. I can't think of a neat way of saying that in English in your sentence as it stands. Depending on what leads up to this sentence, you might be able to rework it with that using a phrase about passing on knowledge.
