Spanish term

se despacha ejecución

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) bankruptcy proceedings
This appears in a list of bad debts, each with a short history of what's been done to collect and what the status of the debt is now. The debtors are all in Spain. I'm not sure what to put for "ejecución" en "Monitorio y posterior ejecución" either....

execution was ordered / an order of execution was issued

Past tense; the Spanish "historic present" doesn't work here in English.

"Despachar" can mean various things, including process or deal with. "Despacho de ejecución" and "despachar ejecución" are standard expressions meaning order of execution and order execution. (Not a death penalty, just execution of a debt.) "Enforcement" is often used when it's a matter of enforcing an existing court order. Debts are "executed" in English.

execution of the debt was resolved

as in the debt was recovered or the adminstration involved was completed, could go no further.
"Despachar" - can mean to complete, finish something, resolve....

execucion in this context is enforcement, not execution.
