Norwegian term

jobbunderlag

Norwegian to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) maintenance, etc.
Relavent contextual example from Google:
Ett projektstyringverktøy for planlegging, design av nett samt kalkulasjon og jobbunderlag.

Can anyone confirm whether this is "job/work basis/bases", i.e. the documentation constituting the basis for the maintenance or whatever sort of work, rather than any technical construction or maintenance term (referring now to "underlag"? The former would make sense to me but my document is also in Nynorsk so I'm checking in case.
Thanks very much

Discussion

Helen Johnson (asker) May 31, 2013:
I should add that I said "bases" rather than "documentation" in case that makes a difference, i.e. a basis on which to decide to do a job in the first place rather than documentation submitted on an ongoing basis - although this does concern maintenance, etc. Maybe "work documentation" is better?
