本品の試料溶液中に検出されたピークのうち、シュリンクラベル包装をした基剤で検出されなかったピークを類縁物質とし、そのピーク面積AT、及びシュリンクラベル包装した基剤でも検出されたがシュリンクラベル包装をしていない基剤で検出されなかったピークを溶出物とし、そのピーク面積AL 並びに標準溶液の×××××のピーク面積ASを求めた。

In a chemical trial known as a Liquid Chromatograph one outcome is this 溶出物
I've seen it translated as "elution" "eluate" "effluent" or "eluted substance" but I can't quite figure out which would be the most commonly used in this case. Can some one with more field knowlodge than me help?

dissolved material

"dissolved material" must be better

extractable substance

It seems to relate to a test method for plastic containers and "extractable substance" used for 溶出物 in JP monograph should be appropriate, as it is "related substance" for 類縁物質.
