• Working with the Standard Assembly and Standard Logistics Principles, develop a TIP to drive improvements based on Line Back Principle and begin to improve the stations with regards to waste elimination and optimization of material delivery and presentation

The material flow is planned in accordance with the line-back principle: Starting at the workplace, all supporting sub-processes are planned right back to the supplier.
