In definitions in a contract of employment:
"First Assignment" means (a) the RELEVANT Assignment or (b) if, prior to the RELEVANT Assignment: (i) the Employee has worked in any assignment in the same role with the RELEVANT Client as the role in which the Employee works in the RELEVANT Assignment; and (ii) the RELEVANT Qualifying Period commenced in any such assignment (...)
"RELEVANT Period" means (a) the period of 8 weeks commencing on the day after the last day on which the Employee worked for the Client having been supplied by the Employer; or (b) the period of 14 wks commencing on the first day on which the Employee worked for the Client having been supplied by the Employer or 14 wks from the first day of the most recent Assignment where there has been a break of more than 6 wks since any previous assignment.
