You are right: Bowel movements
There is nothing called "excretions" in medicine.
If they meant urine, they would have said urine!

Lucinda Wills
: I would go with "bowel movements" because it would be more understandable to a patient answering a questionnaire than "excretions" or even "defecation".

Even nicer :-) عدد مرات التبرز is lovely. Is مخرجات in Syria for stools only?

: This is a back translation, most likely it was BM but I agreed with the first as to the meaning. You are right, Yasser, this is what is normally used. For next time, please don't put: "You are right" as part of your answer :)

I haven't participated in Kudoz for quite some time. Thank you for reminding me :-) It is just that I don't want to take credit for a answer already suggested by the asker. Purely altruistic :-)

bowel motions
The word used in the medical context is: "motion(s)", i.e. bowel motion(s).
Discussion
It is the final act of digestion, by which organisms eliminate solid, semisolid, or liquid waste material (feces) from the digestive tract via the anus.
