Can this really mean professors/teacher? I haven't been able to find any evidence on this in Spanish law (this is from Spain). I know parents and guardians...

En mi humilde opinión, creo que son dos formas diferentes de decir lo mismo en español. Legal guardians o guardian ad litem sería la traducción de tutores. Guardadores sería básicamente lo mismo. No creo que exista otra figura jurídica que distinga ambos términos, pero puede que me equivoque. Saludos

Si pero ya dice guardadores, que significa, creo, "legal guardians". En EEUU no existen una diferencia entre guardian y legal guardian. |
