Italian term

elettricista

Italian to English Art/Literary Cinema, Film, TV, Drama terminology
Now, this is my last question... And the explanation is still the same... A friend of mine asked me to translate a few terms of the movie-makers world from Italian into English. I've nearly done them all, but there are two or three I am not sure of, and I'd love to ask for your help. And is it right to call an Elettricista "electrician"? I knhe ow the Foreman of them is called Gaffer, as much as the Assistant is called Best Boy... but a general electrician would be called so in the cinema world? Look forward to a reply and thank you again in advance.
Cindy.

On a film set these guys are often called "sparks". This is very conversational in register, not sure what register your document is designed for. But I work on film sets sometimes and this is the "lingo" I hear.
