A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Confieso que redacté mis comentarios en inglés porque me encuentro trabajando en una laptop con teclado en inglés y por lo tanto me cuesta mucho trabajo insertar acentos. Rereading I realise that there is a difference here. I interpreted it as being someone who may not usually be the secretary filling that role, while the 'duty secretary' answer assumes it is the regular secretary who happens to 'on duty' when the meeting occurs, which actually seems more likely. But I'll leave this up as a suggestion, just in case it makes more sense in the wider context.
The acting secretary today is Ms. Bloggs, who is normally our tea lady.
