TYTUL ROZDZIALU:
Example 1. Effect of genetic deletion of a single DII4 allele on blood vessel sprouting in the developing retinal vasculature.
AKAPIT:
Results. Peripheral plexus was much denser in Dll4+lacZ mice than in wild-type littermates. Higher-power views
highlighted that the denser peripheral plexus in the retinas of Dll4+lacZ mice consisted of capillaries that were larger in diameter, more highly interconnected and hyperfused, so that in some areas the vessels coalesced to form a syncytium, and, in addition, that there were many more sprouts at the growing front; filopodia also were observed in more interior portions of the plexus at a higher than normal frequency. Quantitative analyses revealed that, compared to wild type controls, retinas of Dll4+lacZ mice showed a 68% increase in the number of sprouts at the growing front of the superficial retinal vasculature, as well more than a two fold increase in the number of capillary interconnections per unit area, resulting in a significant increase in the vascular coverage. Despite the marked morphologic changes, intravascular injection of fluoresceinated lectin completely filled the developing superficial vascular plexus, except for the filopodia extending from the tip cells, in Dll4+lacZ mice as in wild-type mice, indicating that all components of the developing vasculature had lumens and were functional.

English term (edited):
hyperfusion
Selected
hiperfuzja
--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 2 hrs (2013-03-10 01:50:31 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------
As with hindbrains, dll4+/− retinal vessels showed severe patterning defects, forming a hyperbranched, hyperfused plexus behind the vascular front (Fig. 2 A and B).
http://www.pnas.org/content/104/9/3225.full
Na potwierdzenie, że chodzi o zespolenie:
at E9.5, the primitive vascular plexus merges together to form hyperfused vessels
http://www.informatics.jax.org/allele/allgenoviews/MGI:37634...
--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 3 hrs (2013-03-10 02:03:35 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

Jeszcze raz wielkie dzieki i pozdrowienia! |

Pozdrowienia!"

English term (edited):
hyperfusion
nadmierna perfuzja
Mała zmiana terminu. Może uda się wpasować w kontekst.
Note from asker:
Tak, to moze o to chodzic. Dziekuje! |

Daj to w odpowiedzi.
