そうですね。しかし、People Having Difficulty Returning Homeのような翻訳はちょっと変だと思います。それ以外に、どうすればいいか分かりません。「帰宅困難者」という意味がCommuter Distressという意味に包含されると思いますが、cinefilさんはどうと思いますか？cinefilさんだったら、どうやって翻訳しますか？
