Mark and coefficient (weighting)
The first column is the mark or score (probably out of 20) obtained for the examination.
The second column is the coefficient or weighting for that examination.
The third column is the mark once the coefficient or weighting has been applied to the mark obtained for the examination.
The second column is the coefficient or weighting for that examination.
The third column is the mark once the coefficient or weighting has been applied to the mark obtained for the examination.

: Indeed. And "MY CC" = "Moyenne contrôle continu" i.e. the average mark // Oh and it is out of 20.

Thanks. I didn't realise the MY CC also needed translation as it wasn't in the header. I agree with your translation. Contrôle continu is coursework or continuous assessment.

: Agree with "mark" rather than "score". I agree that "contrôle continu" can include an element for coursework and end of course/module examination.

Thanks. British English for mark, of course.

: agree with above, with a preference for 'weighting'. The marks which have been given a coefficient will all be added up, no doubt, and then divided by the number of coefficients to get to final mark out of 20.MY CF = average once weighting is applied

And MY CC, as has already been said, is course average out of 20 (so MY CF is the weighted average).

Discussion
That mark in itself has a weighting, so
MY CC is the average mark for coursework.
The next column gives the weighting for that subject.
The final column gives the average mark after weighting.
