I dont think that this matters very much, but I think that your text is referring to a "sales invoice - despatch note and retail sale receipt" rather than a sales invoice and despatch note as two separate documents. As you probably know, you can either issue sales invoices and despatch notes seperately or as one document, but as there is a hyphen between the Τ.Π. and the Δ.Α. in your text, it is probably referring a sales invoice - despatch note as one document.
