RECEIVABLES
As at the balance sheet date, receivables are measured at the amount due, with prudence, and disclosed in the net value (reduced by write-downs).
Debtors are adjusted by an allowance for doubtful receivables taking into consideration the likelihood of future collection. The allowance is charged either to other operating expenses or to financial expenses dependent on the type of receivable to which it relates.
Doubtful debt provisions are raised on the following basis:
• receivables outstanding for 3 to 6 months, 30%,
• receivables outstanding for 6 to 9 months, 50%,
• receivables outstanding for 9 to 12 months, 80%,
• receivables outstanding for more than 12 months, 100%.
Write- downs are recorded in connection with the following receivables:
• - receivables from debtors put in liquidation or bankruptcy are written off up to the amount receivable not covered with collateral,

: Generalnie tak, provision to rezerwa a write-off lub write-down to odpis (np. aktualizujący wartość aktywów), natomiast w przypadku wyceny należności nie ma różnicy pomiędzy rezerwą a odpisem. Patrz art. 35b UoR.

Zgodnie z zasadą przyjętą w zakładowym planie kont Spółka tworzy rezerwy na należności wątpliwe. W stosunku do roku ubiegłego przyjęto bardziej rygorystyczne zasady tworzenia rezerw. Analiza należności pod kątem aktualizacji rezerw prowadzona jest na bazie miesięcznej. Rezerwy na należności główne - wątpliwe tworzy się wg następujących kryteriów:
- należności przeterminowane powyżej 3 m-cy 25%
- należności przeterminowane powyżej 6 m-cy 50%
- należności przeterminowane powyżej 9 m-cy 100%

Odpisy aktualizując należności to rezerwy utworzone w ciężar pozostałych kosztów operacyjnych lub kosztów finansowych (w zależności od rodzaju należności), w związku z ryzykiem ich nieuregulowania przez kontrahenta.
