The X Melon is an experimental melon plant that has bushy leaves which can be harvested at any time during the summer months. You need the leaves dried and processed to use in your medicine, and the large crop you were depending on was killed by an unseasonable freeze just prior to the news that the Morte fungus has spread to several nearby cities. You must obtain X Melon leaves immediately or it will be too late to prepare enough supplies for shipment to these cities.
Your search ***has turned up*** only one crop of mature X Melons. This crop is just large enough to produce your medicine. You think the owner of the crop will sell the crop to the highest bidder.
Jeu de rôle d'un chercheur. Pourriez-vous m'aider à trouver le terme le plus approprié pour "turn up a crop", je n'arrive pas à tomber sur quelque chose qui me convient. Merci de votre aide.

: 'décelé' — now THAT's the word I was scrabbling around for when I came up with 'dénicher' ;-)

: Right idea, of course — but the trouble is, it leaves out the element of 'search', which is perhaps slightly important, inasmuch as it indicates that you have actually taken that pro-active step... probably only a minor point, though ;-)
