La succession des adjectifs "moyen" et "pondérée" ne me semble pas naturel.
J'aurai tendance à parler de "moyenne pondérée de quelque chose", mais ici on perdrait le focus sur la qualité du crédit. D'où cette suggestion (qu'on retrouve dans les documents du BIC)...

Il semblerait que "weighted" soit redondant avec la définition même de "average credit quality" :
Average Credit Quality
Average credit quality gives a snapshot of the portfolio's overall credit quality. It is an average of each bond's credit rating, adjusted for its relative weighting in the portfolio.
