As an addition to the above, essentially the "avropare" is the purchaser.

This is the person or organisation/company that calls off deliveries against a blanket or call-off order/agreement.

I'm not sure what you would call the person or company/organisation doing this.

The person making a call-off order

The English term of the type of order is definately as given but the problem is the name of the person who then orders. The whole idea is that the purchaser negotiates but then the factory worker or the secretary of an assistant might actually phone the supplier
