abfüllen here then means to be ready to get the pills in

Breaking it down, "Auslaufband" is discharge or outfeed conveyor (belt), "Ausstanzung" could be stamping, punching or die cutting, "Insel" is island though they may be using this to mean that the machine is "stand-alone" rather than part of a production line.
So... how about "stand-alone stamping machine outfeed conveyor"?
p.s. there's an Umlaut missing from "Abfüllanlage". Any other mistakes we should be aware of...?
Can you check us on one thing: it is "Inselausstanzung", and not the word in the last line but one, isn't it? Problem is, the word seems to have been invented by your customer, so you may have to ask for a definition - that's what I'd do.
And can you offer any more context, like extra expressions in the checklist?
