In an elementary school art curriculum, students need to learn the following vocabulary: sculpture, 2D, 3D, collograph, printmaking, brayer, plate, ink, landscape, foreground, proportion, balance, "aesthitics," etc.
I looked up "collograph" in google and understand that it is a method of making things with various types of materials. You could have cardboard or chipboard for your "plate," or it could be copperplate, etc. You can use scraps of material, foil, dried food, etc. Then you can do something more with it such as ink and press it.
Is there a word in Spanish for this? Or do I just have to leave it in English with an explanation?
Maybe it's a collage graph (my invention)! Una plancha de arte usando varios tipos de materiales al estilo collage?

colografía
A collograph (like collage) comes from French 'coller' - to stick. The difference from a collage is that once you have made your composition of textured materials you create a print by inking it and passing it through a press. In Spanish it is simply called a 'colografía'.
Example sentence:
"La Colografía es una técnica de impresión en relieve en la que se incorporan elementos texturados que se adhieren a la plancha antes de entintar y pasar la imagen al papel."
