Salve, sto traducendo una perizia di valutazione relativa a un appezzamento di terreno, e vi è un sostantivo che non sono sicuro se sia esatto o meno :
Per far meglio intendere, la frase completa è la seguente :
Per incarico commessomi dalla sig.ra xxxx, quale rappressentante della ditta xxxx, nata a xxxx ed ivi residente in via xxxx, al fine di redigere perizia di valutazione tendente a descrivere e valutare un appezzamento di terreno sito in località ''xxxx'' del comune di xxx.
Includo adesso nella seguente traduzione il sostantivo tra virgolette :
I am in charge of writing an ''appraisal'' intended to describe and value a lot situated at xxxx, which is a place located within the Municipal District of xxxxx. For this reason, I was appointed by Mrs xxxxx, who was born at xxxxx on xxxxx, lives at xxxxxx and acts as the legal representative for xxxxxx.

valuation but then you'll have to modify **value a lot** with for instance and estimate a lot .....etc.
I would go for appraisal.
