Czech term

škrčení na krku

Czech to English Medical Medical (general) Orthopedics
In a Czech medical report, patient has variety of ailments but primary heart problems. There is one phrase about a neck/cervical problem:

"pocit škrčení na krku zlepšen"

I can't figure out exactly how to phrase this in English. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Sincerely,

Stephen
