U SAD-u već postoji ‘‘Physician Payment Sunshine Act’’, zakon koji obvezuje farmaceutske tvrtke s poslovanjem u Americi, da na web stranicama objavljuju podatke o imenima liječnika s kojima surađuju, poslove za koje su primili honorar i njihov iznos, čak i donacije farmaceutskih kompanija zdravstvenim ustanovama ili udrugama pacijenata.

По овим дефиницијама, мислим да би требало да се нагласи да се ради о владиним информацијама, то јест, приступ информацијама/белешкама и одлукама са састанака, скупштина итд. Владе или њених агенција.

Koliko ja shvatam, na federalnom nivou se zove Freedom of Information Act, a onda svaka od drzava ima svoj. Kalifornija (the Sunshine State) je svoj nazvala Sunshine Act. Dakle moglo bi da se doda da se odnosi na Kaliforniju.
