My manager ***models*** the BioPharma culture.
Does this mean that the manager "follows" the culture or that he shapes it? Thanks.

About Biopharma culture

BioPharma culture is nothing but a buzz word to use at investor meetings and internally at Town Hall meetings. It means nothing and we will shift to the next buzz word once it wears itself out in annual reports and on internal slides. My bet is that the next buzz word will focus on Global Culture or Emerging markets or something similar since this seems to be the next big thing that companies are running around talking about at investor meetings. BMS is always following the pack so just a matter of time before BMS shifts from the lame Biopharma culture to the next fad aimed at pleasing the investment community.
