Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): hazmatgerman (X)

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Actually, this would sound better as "(German) Audit Bureau of Circulations" which also seems to be the preferred term in other countries http://www.abc.org.uk/
Peer comment(s):

agree hazmatgerman (X) : It would appear that your solution coincides with that of the IVW's international umbrella body.

Thanks!
agree Tom Feise : Word order: Audit Bureau of Circulations is definitely correct, and very different from Bureau of Audit Circulations, after all they do not circulate audits...

Yes. Thanks, Tom!
agree Lonnie Legg : w.Tom. They seem to have forgotten to punctuate: "Bureau of Audit - Circulations".

I think the "information" could be dismissed, but low CL - you never know who hangs onto what

Don't translate it, but...

Depending on the context, you might want to put a note in brackets after it saying something like 'media audit/audience measurement association', which is what they do.
Note from asker:
Exactly, a document from this institution is given in a scientific article, and in the reference part a translation in square brackets is compulsory. So there's no chance to abstain from giving a translation...
