I agree that the normal textual translations of “stylish” are “elegante”, “con estilo”, “a la moda” and other words related to the external presentation of people or things. But I believe that in the case of the English school, the adjective “stylish” is used in a figurative way, no textual. For this reason, I propose another translation: “exclusivo”, exclusiva’. This is my complete sentence in Spanish: “XX es un moderno y exclusivo centro de idioma inglés.” Or: “XX es una moderna y exclusiva escuela de idioma inglés.”
By the way, Merriam-Webster includes “exclusive”as one of the synonyms of “stylish”. The translation of “exclusive” to Spanish is: “exclusivo”, exclusiva”.

La expresión "modern and stylish English school" ocurre en varias páginas web, siempre en relación con esta academia.
En España, creo que el término más usual sería "academia" (¿o no? tú sabrás mejor que yo).
