Es geht um das Rentensystem in Polen nach der Reform von 1999 und insbesondere um die Angemessenheit der Rente (also darum, dass der Lebensstandard beim Renteneintritt möglichst nicht so sehr fällt):

The main reform took place in 1999 and as in the case of other countries in the region a defined contribution system was introduced based on the World Bank’s recommendations from 1994. The system is a mixed system, partly pay-as-you-go, partly funded, consisting of *notional accounts indexed by wage bill growth* and a private funded pillar, administered mainly by life insurance companies.

Ich nehme an, diese Konten werden irgendwie an das Lohnniveau angepasst? Bislang schrieb ich höchst wörtlich "fiktive Konten, die anhand der ansteigenden Lohnsumme indiziert werden", aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das Verb "indizieren" in diesem Zusammenhang wirklich angebracht ist.
