The Misha, thank you very much for your comment! I've got a staple of documentation here, balance sheets and what not, all in paper format originally, subsequently scanned in and, i assume, sent to the tax service per mail (so, no online forms). The receipt seems also to be a paper one, with a seal and a signature. I am quite baffled.

E-filing receipt, that's what we call it It doesn't matter, whether it's electronic or one paper. Ours are machine generated though, and of course there are no seals.
