Spanish term

conflicto móvil

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Private International Law
248 RDCA-1999-V-(no 2)

I am not sure of the official translation of this term. I have seen it translated as 'mobile conflict' but mainly on English-language sites based on Spanish originals.

In my text is simply says:

And in another part of the document:
Tema 15. Los derechos reales

a) Bienes inmuebles
b) Bienes muebles corporales. Conflicto móvil
c) Bienes incorporales

In that case, if it's used as a heading, what does it say underneath?
Sheila Hardie (asker) Jan 5, 2012:
Hi Phil. Sorry about that. I actually found this text on the Internet (from this website: http://www.unizar.es/derecho/standum_est_chartae/weblog/rdca... ) because it gave a definition of 'conflicto móvil' and I had very little context in my own - the term is used as a heading in my document.
philgoddard Jan 5, 2012:
Sheila Is there some text missing from the end of the first sentence? It doesn't seem to make sense.

mobile conflict

Mobile conflict: What users want vs. what agency needs.

neutral philgoddard : Did you read the context at all, or just Google the phrase and give us the first hit that you found? It's completely irrelevant.

conflicting/conflict of jurisdiction

Could this be that a change of nationality or country of residence etc. results in conflicting jurisdiction, in deciding the applicable law/courts?

Disputes arising under conflict of jurisdiction and an abstract review of constitutionality

The turmoil in recent years in economic markets has not surprisingly resulted in a number of court cases concerning complex financial transactions, often with cross-border elements. Those transactions are commonly documented in a number of related agreements, whether entered into contemporaneously or over a period of time. Not uncommonly, by accident or design, those agreements contain different jurisdiction clauses. Which court has jurisdiction in these circumstances? This is the question the Court of Appeal has had to consider in two recent cases.

In UBS Securities LLC v HSH Nordbank AG [2009] EWCA Civ 585 the Court of Appeal considered a complex CDO transaction which consisted of a series of separate but inter-related agreements which contained conflicting jurisdiction clauses.
