Arabic term

نظام جوازي للتداعي

Arabic to English Other Law (general) Courts
نظام جوازي للتداعي أمام محكمة العمل اقطرية
In case (جوازي) is a name, can it be transliterated as a name of a system
or in case it is an adjective, does it express a permissive litigating system?
any suggestions?

Muna Ibrahim (asker) Oct 19, 2011:
No Murad. It is really related to Qatar not to a country or the like. It is a specific system adopted by their Court of Labour. Salaam
Muna Ibrahim (asker) Oct 19, 2011:
permissive litigating system was my first intuition. However, can we say Permissive Litigation System since we have litigating parties and litigants?
Murad AWAD Oct 19, 2011:
محكمة العمل اقطرية
I think that there is a mistake here, so is it
القطرية from the state of قطر
or
القطرية from the word قطر in the meaning of national or country
