A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

La giudiziarizzazione indica la gestione di una determinata situazione attraverso delle apposite norme di legge e un preciso iter giudiziario.
"E avviene così che le società occidentali subiscono un processo di estrema giudiziarizzazione, mentre / laddove determinate controversie o trasgressioni avrebbero potuto essere regolate da diverse forme di mediazione // anziché adottare altre forme di mediazione che avrebbero potuto regolare molte controversie o trasgressioni".

Per essere più precisi, e come si evince anche dal brano in questione, la giudiziarizzazione è la gestione giuridica e legale di situazioni che non avrebbero bisogno di passare per questo iter e che, in linea di massima, potrebbero essere risolte in modo molto più semplice è diretto.
