First, I am guessing that the last word is "limpias," not "limpios." If my guess is right, then what we have is not "clean products," but "cleaning products" ("cleaning supplies").
I don't fault anyone for using "exploitation" for "explotation," but in this context, the process seems to be nothing more than recycling.
Unfortunately, this "center" is not mentioned anywhere on the Net, in English or Spanish, so it is hard to confirm any of this. That is why I say it is a wild guess.
