English to French
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
I am translating an English certificate of incorporation of a company into French. I came accross the above sentence. The target reader is a French notary. The full sentence is "We, the several persons whose names and adresses are subscribed are being formed into a Company". Would it be correct to translate it as "nous desirons nous constituer en une Societe".
